At Dairytown, the safety and quality of our products is our number one priority. We understand that safety precautions must be taken every step of the way, from processing and production, to packaging and delivery, in order to provide top-quality dairy products and ingredients.

Our food safety program is integrated into every step of our process. Our equipment is regularly inspected and serviced to meet or exceed all industry and regulatory standards. We keep our equipment up to date to ensure it runs safely and efficiently.

We take great care in transporting our dairy products and ingredients, ensuring proper packing, storage and temperature controls are followed. Our safety standards and practices have been recognized with the following certifications and accreditation.

SQF (Safe Quality Food) Level Three 2000

The Safe Quality Food Institute delivers consistent, globally recognized food safety and quality certification programs based on sound scientific principles. Our SQF Level Three 2000 certification indicates that we have a comprehensive implementation of food safety and quality management systems development.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

HACCP is a production control system that identifies and manages critical control points where potential contamination can occur in the production and transportation of food items. The goal of our HACCP system is to identify issues before they become dangerous and hazardous to the public.

We are certified Kosher by the Kashruth Council of Canada, one of the leading Kosher certification authorities in Canada.
